RETURNS POLICY
If you change your mind for any reason. we will happily provide you with a Store Credit only given if the below requirements are met.
RETURN CONDITIONS
In order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;
* The item must be returned in original condition: unworn,
no marks or scratches in original jewellery box attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.
* The item is returned to us within 14 days of delivery date.
* The item was not purchased in a sale.
* Earrings are not eligible for a refund/return/change of mind due to hygiene reasons.
EXCHANGES
Due to high sell through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. Unless there is items in stock.
